What does Globarise360 do?
We recruit remote staff from India and the Philippines, employ them on our payroll, and place them with your team. You choose the person and manage the work. We handle contracts, onboarding, payroll, tax admin and offboarding.
How much does a remote hire cost?
Rates start from $4 an hour and depend on the role and experience. You receive a clear price with every shortlist and one invoice a month, with no recruitment fee surprises.
Who employs the person I hire?
Globarise360 holds the employment contract and runs payroll. The person works day to day as part of your team, in your tools and your hours.
Which roles can you hire for?
Software and IT, engineering, finance and accounting support, sales and marketing, customer support, administration, HR and recruitment, design, legal support, healthcare support and research. If the work can be done remotely, ask us.
Which countries do you serve?
Clients in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands, among others. Our talent is based in India and the Philippines.
How fast can I get candidates?
Share the role, hours and time zone on a call or by email. We reply with a shortlist and a rate for each person, and you interview and choose.
Can the hire work UK hours?
Yes. India is about 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of the UK and the Philippines 7 to 8 hours ahead, depending on daylight saving. Many hires work a shifted day that overlaps with your morning, and some work UK hours in full.
What if it does not work out?
Tell us and we manage offboarding, and we can send new candidates for the role.
